	John Prenosil has more than fourteen years of experience with state and federal wetland delineation methodologies, permitting, evaluation aquatic ecology and invertebrate zoology, stream morphology and classification, invasive species control, project management and oversight, analysis and evaluation of natural resources utilizing GIS/GPS, state, MEPA and NEPA compliance, and hazardous waste compliance issues.
