The majority of new land development and reuse of existing properties typically require some level of permitting. Whether the project consists of a single-family home, residential subdivision or commercial construction, this permitting process can be challenging. JMP’s permitting specialists understand these challenges and incorporate their knowledge into our site development and permitting strategies. Through careful analysis and evaluation of natural resources, our clients are aware early in the process of potential permitting obstacles that may impact the planned development of their project. Avoidance and minimization of potential obstacles allows JMP to streamline the permitting process and save our clients time, money and resources.
